We offer small batch easy, nutritious meals for slow cooking using beans, lentils, peas and grains. Our meals are vegan and gluten free but can be easily adapted to everyone's taste by adding proteins or other ingredients. They are great for crock pots and Instapots. Each bag makes three portions, four if you add a protein. There are 21 different products including Pizza Lentils, White Bean Rosemary, No Hurry Spicy Curry, White Hot Chili, Cuban Black Beans, Cincinnati Chili and Moroccan Chickpeas. We also offer four oatmeals. They are Cherry Oatmeal, Cacao Banana Oatmeal, Chia Peach Oatmeal, and Apple Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal.New Products
New products since last year's show are the addition of three oatmeals, Rustic Tuscan Chickpeas, Moroccan Chickpeas, and Cuban Black Beans.
